| Background: | Cell Pack Solutions was established on a Sole Trader basis in November 1998 and Incorporated as a limited company in March 2001 .The company now employs 15 people. We achieved the ISO9001 Quality status in 2004. |
| Service Offering: | There are two sides to our business: 1. The Industrial Division: the design and manufacture of custom made battery packs with currently over 800 unique designs. We work closely with many other OEM customers supplying custom packs to suit their own products. We are able to offer a complete solution from the initial design consultation , to prototype approval and then manufacture of low to high volume quantities .We have close links with a number of major battery manufacturers and can offer designs in all the major battery technologies. 2. The Consumer Division: supplying mail order batteries for many every day applications to customers throughout the UK. We are committed to providing the highest quality service to all of our customers and we are firm believers in the use of technology to maintain our high standards. We are continually streamlining our internet sites to make it easier for you to find the product you require. | Attitude and Philosophy about Staffing and Training: | We are a small company that regularly punches above it weight . We have won many awards since we were established , the underlying reason for this is the attitude of our team . We look for people who demonstrate a commitment to the team ethic and an enthusiasm to come to work to improve themselves and contribute to the general good natured atmosphere we try to create. Personal Development is encouraged. The company has grown very steadily over the years . Much of our success can be put down to the use of IT and Internet based activities and we envisage that we will continue to focus our attention in this area .
